Flower Blossom Jellies

This summer I tried something new. On Mother's Day my daughters gave me a cookbook on edible flowers. In it were recipes for edible flower jellies. So I decided to go out into my flower gardens and experiment with my flowers. This is a process, but I think the results turned out well. Each flower brings a different color and flavor to the jelly. They make me think of stained glass windows.
This summer I have had a small booth at our local community market. I decided to bring the jellies, along with my other creations. They have been popular, as most people are unaware of edible flowers.
